-Warm Butternut Squash and Bacon Salad with Spiced Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 150 Grams lambs lettuce
  • 150 Grams butternut squash
  • 6-7 asparagus
  • 80 Grams bacon
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • a Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
  • 40 Grams blue cheese

Directions

1.
Sautee bacon. Use the leftover grease on the pan to sautee asparagus and butternut squash as well.
2.
Sautee walnuts with a bit of olive oil or butter if desired and a pinch of pumkin pie spice.
3.
Melt blue cheese in the microwave for 10 seconds or so.
4.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
