Peanut Butter and Chocolate Granola Bars
- 2 Cups puffed brown rice
- 1 cup rolled oats (toasted)
- 1/2 Cup + 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/8 cup shelled peanuts
- 50 Gr. dark chocolate
|Chop the peanuts and chocolate. |
|Warm peanut butter and honey and pour the on the puffed rice and oats. |
|Stir to form a cohesive dough and add chopped peanuts and chocolate chunks. |
|Press into a pan and chill overnight. |
|Cit into squares and enjoy! |
Use already-sweetened puffed rice for sweeter, dessert-like bars and unsweetened puffed rice for breakfast-like bars.
Toasting the oats is up to you, but it takes a couple of minutes and adds so much flavor!
