Peanut Butter and Chocolate Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups puffed brown rice
  • 1 cup rolled oats (toasted)
  • 1/2 Cup + 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup shelled peanuts
  • 50 Gr. dark chocolate

Directions

1.
Chop the peanuts and chocolate.
2.
Warm peanut butter and honey and pour the on the puffed rice and oats.
3.
Stir to form a cohesive dough and add chopped peanuts and chocolate chunks.
4.
Press into a pan and chill overnight.
5.
Cit into squares and enjoy!

Note

Use already-sweetened puffed rice for sweeter, dessert-like bars and unsweetened puffed rice for breakfast-like bars.

Toasting the oats is up to you, but it takes a couple of minutes and adds so much flavor!
