Ingredients

  • 250 Grams dates (pitted)
  • enough Water to soak them
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (opcional)

Directions

Soak dates for 30 minutes or longer.

Add dates to a food processor, but don't squeeze the extra liquid. Do not add more water though.

Blend until a paste forms. It'll be thick.

I needed 3 tbsp. of liquid (1 tbsp. vanilla + 2 tbsp. soaking water) to get the consistency you see in the pictures.

You should need no more than 3-4 tbsp. liquid to make the paste. I added 3 (2 tbsp. soaking water + 1 tbsp. vanilla extract)

This recipe is paleo, vegan, refined sugar-free and gluten free.
