I don’t know about you, but because my local shops have a frustrating lack of plant-based sweet options, I crave a vegan dessert a little too much! These tasty no-bake vegan cookies can be whipped up in a matter of 10 minutes, and they need no oven-time! Win. No burning them when you get distracted!
No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These are the best no-bake vegan cookies to keep you fueled during a work-from-home day, and they certainly hit the spot if you’re craving something sweet without going over the top with calories.
Also, I love the texture of chilled coconut oil. It gives these no-bake cookies a cold, silky bite when they come out of the freezer.
If you would like a nuttier cookie, replace the smooth peanut butter for whole earth or crunchy. And you may be surprised to know that a sprinkle of sea salt will give a delicious twist to these vegan no-bake cookies – give it a try if you love to live life on the edge!
Prep Time
It only takes 10 minutes to get the cookies in the freezer, then you have to wait a mere 30 minutes until the cookies have chilled to their peanutty, chocolatey goodness.
