If there’s any food I’m BIG on, it’s gotta be white chocolate.
And cold potatoes.
And warm bread.
And romaine lettuce.
And avocado toast.
Actually, you know what? There are like a million of foods out there I’m a huge fan of. Life of a foodie, I guess!
White chocolate, though? That stuff is my actual fave. It’s funny because us health food bloggers are supposed to like those extra dark, fancy chocolates best. The higher the cacao percentage, the merrier. The funkier the name, the better.

How fancy, I like that.
And it’s not that I don’t like it, I truly love my dark choc but white chocolate is where it’s truly at. Sue me. Take away my health food blogger card. Which should have been taken away like years ago. See these cookies? There’s pseudo-buttah involved and lots of sugah too. And I’m typing this while I drink some beer.

Worry not because I’m still very much in love with romaine lettuce. And all the whole-wheat things. And green smoothies. Not quinoa, though. That stuff can’t be comparable to my all time bae brown rice, but that’s another story for another day. What was I on about, though?
Dark chocolate, yes! I like it. The darker the better, unless we’re talking about that really, really strong stuff. Funny story time: you know how I’m a food engineering student and I go to collegue to do food-related stuff, right? Which, most of the time, is actually thermodynamic homework-related stuff BUT sometimes we do some of the real fun stuff, which involves attending those food-sampling lunches and getting to eat all the food.
I mean, I don’t. It’s often meat samples we’re offered but ANYWAY!! There was this day when we were actually given these chocolate samples to try. Organic, fair-trade, really fancy choc – all good. The 99% cacao bar though? I’m pretty sure that stuff was made in the very pits of hell.
Anyway, I’m not sure why I’m telling you this. I guess it’s my way to tell you that white chocolate is pretty much the bestest thing ever while, 99% cacao chocolate, is not.
Shall we move onto them cookies now?
