These flans. I might or might not have spent the past 2 hours trying to decide whether to call them “cheesecake flans” “cheesecake crème caramels” or “flan de queso”, as it’d be in Spanish, since this one is a pretty popular dessert over here.
Who cares, all I know is that these little guys are one of the very best desserts that I have ever made. Pinky promise and everything!
