Hi there! Thank God it’s already Friday, because final exams week is wearing me out :(( Actually, I don’t really know how I have got round to write this post because I swear I don’t even find the time to get some sleep, oops.

Anyway, what I wanted to tell you was how good this sandwich was. It is one of Mum’s favourites (and one of mine too!), and she has it like every week because beside being healthy and delicious, this sandwich is super quick and easy to make.  Hurry up! Go make it now and check it yourself 😉

What you’ll need:
2 slices whole wheat seedy bread (I used homemade, recipe cooming soon!)
tomato slices
mixed greens
light cream cheese
dijon mustard
I’m not listing quantities because it depends on how much you like each ingredients and size of your bread slices. Simply use as much as you need.
I feel dumb giving you instructions on how to make a sandwich but anyway here I go:
What you gotta do:
1. Toast your bread.
2. Spread cream cheese on both slices.
3. Add a layer of mustard, followed by as much honey as you want (I like a lot) on both slices
4. Place mixed greens, cucumber, tomato and smoked salmon on top.
That was all: healty, quick and easy-peasy, my favourite kind of recipe.
Have a lovely weekend!
¡Buenas!
